Kualifikasi:

Degree in Engineering or relevant degree in HSE.
Professional Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities.
Certified in AK3 Umum, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent international HSE certifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

JOB DESCRIPTION: Serve as key contact for HSE issues assigned at field to ensure all stages of project are safely executed within time and budget with high quality as required by COMPANY. This includes HSE activities during installation up to start up newly built or modified facilities so that the risk to the people, environment, asset and or image will be as low as practicable.
Supervise and ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and regulations in Oil & Gas operations.
Lead and monitor daily site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments at drilling, production, and maintenance sites.
Oversee and implement Permit-to-Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and HIRADC processes.
Conduct and supervise toolbox talks, HSE induction, and training programs for site personnel and contractors.
Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce adherence to safety procedures.
Lead incident investigations, accident reporting, and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are followed.
Coordinate and lead emergency drills and preparedness activities at site locations.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly HSE performance reports to HSE Manager and project stakeholders.
Promote and strengthen a proactive safety culture across all site operations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Broad knowledge of HSE and Risk Management in the upstream business.
Expert knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements, HSE management systems and industrial.
Familiar with local/international industry regulations/codes/standards relating to the oil and gas industry.
