Kualifikasi:

D3/S1 all majors.
Experienced as HSE Staff.
Possess a valid AK3U (Occupational Safety & Health) Certificate.
Experienced in conducting safety training (APAR / Fire Extinguisher, P3K / First Aid, Emergency Response).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Support the implementation of HSE programs for outsourced personnel at client sites.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and client safety requirements.
Conduct routine safety inspections and monitoring at assigned client locations.
Monitor the use of PPE and adherence to safe work procedures.
Report and assist in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Assist in safety inductions and HSE awareness programs for new employees.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of K3 System & Management, ISO 14001, K3-related regulations, and work safety technology.
Good communication, coordination, and adaptability skills.
HSE documentation, reporting, and record management.
