Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Management, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), or related fields from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HRD, employee relations, or safety administration roles.
- Certified in Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker RI) is preferred.
- Experienced in Employee Relations, safety training or briefings, and enforcing safety compliance across operational teams and tenant contractors.
- Willingness to be placed full-time in Semarang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, monitor, and enforce corporate Occupational Health and Safety (K3) policies across daily shopping mall operations, tenant spaces, and common areas.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard walkthroughs to identify potential risks, unsafe conditions, fire hazards, or non-compliance among mall staff and third-party contractors.
- Manage end-to-end work accident claim procedures, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan filings, incident documentation, and medical follow-ups for injured personnel.
- Deliver safety inductions, routine safety briefings, and OHS training sessions for new employees, mall staff, security personnel, and tenant representatives.
- Support Employee Relations functions by investigating workplace incidents, handling safety-related grievances, and ensuring a fair, compliant, and safe working environment.
- Oversee building emergency preparedness, inspect fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, extinguishers), and coordinate routine fire and evacuation drills.
- Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly HSE tracking logs, incident reports, and safety compliance dossiers to the HR & Property Manager.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Mall safety inspections, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan work accident claim processing, HIRADC formulation for retail operations, tenant fit-out safety monitoring, safety briefing delivery, emergency evacuation drill execution, and HR employee relations compliance tracking.
- Soft Skills: Assertive communication, strong detail orientation, active listening, conflict resolution, persuasive instruction, empathy, time management, and composure during medical or facility emergencies.
