Kualifikasi:

We’re looking for an HSE Staff (Maternity Leave) 4 months to join our team in Gresik.
Open for candidates with a background in Environmental Engineering or Occupational Health, and good knowledge of HSE & K3 regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in water treatment, chemical industry, utilities, or manufacturing.
Certified in Basic HSE training, First Aid, Fire Safety, or equivalent (SMK3, NEBOSH, or local HSE certifications are an advantage).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assist in implementing and monitoring company HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulations and ISO standards.
Conduct routine safety inspections of facilities, chemical storage areas, and operational activities.
Support risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and permit-to-work systems for high-risk activities.
Monitor the safe use, handling, and disposal of chemicals used in water treatment processes.
Conduct and document incident/accident investigations, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
Facilitate safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and awareness training for employees and contractors.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Knowledge of occupational safety regulations, environmental compliance, and chemical handling procedures.
Skilled in conducting safety briefings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors.
Capable of preparing safety reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
