Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree from any major.
Certified General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) from Kemnaker.
Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE/K3 Officer, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
Willing to travel for business trips if required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and manage HSE/K3 programs in line with government regulations and company standards.
Ensure compliance with Permenaker and other K3 laws.
Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments regularly.
Organize HSE/K3 training for employees.
Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
Maintain K3 documentation, reports, and training records.
Develop and manage emergency response programs.
