Identify hazards and perform risk assessments.
Compile safety programs.
Practice safe working techniques.
Implement & maintain HSE standards.
Monitor staff to evaluate if HSE laws are being followed.
Establish a cordial & professional relationship with employees.
Regularly inspect equipment.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
Standardize health & safety in order to remain consistent.
Identify hazardous waste (if any) and disposing of it correctly.
Promote safety initiatives.
Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
Document staff information, minutes of meetings & reports compiled for management.
