Kualifikasi:
- Location Karawang Timur
- Gender Male or Female
- Age max 27 years of old
- Education D3 /S1 Public Health & Environmental Engineering
- Working Experience Min 2-3 years as HSE Staff
- Experience in environment K3 or as HSE Staff especially automotive companies
- Have a K3 Certificate by Kemnaker
- Salary : 6.000.000 - 6.500.000 (Basic)
- Subject : HSE Staff
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Identify hazards and perform risk assessments.
- Compile safety programs.
- Practice safe working techniques.
- Implement & maintain HSE standards.
- Monitor staff to evaluate if HSE laws are being followed.
- Establish a cordial & professional relationship with employees.
- Regularly inspect equipment.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
- Standardize health & safety in order to remain consistent.
- Identify hazardous waste (if any) and disposing of it correctly.
- Promote safety initiatives.
- Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
- Document staff information, minutes of meetings & reports compiled for management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good capability Skill
- Understand K3 & environment regulations
- Understand IATF 14001 : 2015, SMK3, ISO 45001 and document control
- Skill Computer MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint
