Kualifikasi:

Min Experience 5 Years offshore HSE Supervisor to ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, lead safety initiatives, audits and regulatory compliance onboard.
Certified valid OGUK, T-BOSIET, IWCF.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise the implementation of HSE programs and procedures in offshore operations.
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety monitoring.
Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs.
Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices on site.
Prepare HSE reports and documentation for management and clients.
