Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Education, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE Training, HSE Learning & Development, Safety Training Coordination, or HSE Administration within Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Commissioning, Petrochemical, or Industrial Projects.
Experience managing training programs for large-scale Construction and Commissioning projects is highly preferred.
Possess a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
Possess a valid Training of Trainers (ToT) certificate. Additional certifications such as AK3 Migas, ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor, NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), H2S, First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, or other relevant HSE certifications will be considered an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop, coordinate, and implement project HSE training programs in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and Indonesian HSE regulations.
Prepare annual and project-specific HSE training plans, competency matrices, and training schedules.
Conduct Safety Induction programs for new employees, subcontractors, and project visitors before site access.
Deliver or coordinate Toolbox Talks, HSE awareness campaigns, mandatory safety training, and refresher programs.
Coordinate external and internal HSE training providers to ensure compliance with project competency requirements.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance lists, competency databases, certification validity, and training documentation.
Monitor employee competency requirements and ensure timely renewal of mandatory HSE certifications.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, feedback, and competency verification.
Prepare periodic HSE training reports, KPI summaries, and compliance documentation for management and client review.
Support emergency response drills, HSE campaigns, safety events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with HSE, Construction, QA/QC, Logistics, and HR teams to ensure project personnel meet all mandatory HSE competency requirements.
