Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Biology, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in HSSE, preferably in maritime or industrial sectors.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

This role involves evaluating SLSR programs, tracking safety inspections, conducting joint vessel audits, and supporting HSSE training and certification initiatives.
Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE performance evaluation frameworks across shipping and marine logistics operations.
Track and analyze HSSE performance indicators (KPIs & KRAs), including incident frequency, near-miss reports, and compliance scores.
Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with international maritime HSSE standards and local regulations.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and present HSSE performance reports to management, clients, and regulators.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in HSSE practices and culture within port operations, vessels, and logistics chain.
Coordinate with operations, fleet, and logistics teams to ensure HSSE standards are consistently applied.
Support training programs, awareness campaigns, and safety drills to enhance employee engagement in HSSE compliance.
Benchmark HSSE performance against industry best practices and global standards.
Ensure all documentation and records of HSSE performance are maintained accurately for audit and regulatory purposes.
