Kualifikasi:

S1 in Engineering or Physical Sciences with recognized HSSE certifications.
Min 10 years of experience, including 7 years in Oil & Gas EPSC safety roles.
Hands-on experience in HIRA, HAZID, JRA, JSA.
Experience supervising teams (5–10 personnel).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSSE Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the overall HSSE function for the project or operation. Develop HSSE plans aligned with client, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Indonesian regulations and oil & gas standards. Act as the main HSSE focal point for client, authorities, and auditors.
Risk & Performance Management: Oversee hazard studies, risk assessments, and critical activity controls. Monitor HSSE performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
Incident & Emergency Management: Lead investigations of major incidents and high-potential near misses. Manage emergency preparedness, drills, and crisis response.
People & Contractor Management: Lead, coach, and develop HSSE team members. Ensure contractor HSSE performance meets company and client expectations.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide HSSE performance reports to senior management. Participate in management reviews and client HSSE meetings.
