Kualifikasi:
- š¼ Point Of Hire : Jakarta & Balikpapan. š Working Location : Kalimantan Timur. š Employment Term : Contract Basis.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety (HSSE), Environmental Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) management, including at least 7 years in Oil & Gas EPC projects with supervisory responsibilities.
- Training and Certifications: Valid AK3 Umum Certification is required. Additional certifications such as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, Incident Investigation, HAZOP, HIRA, Emergency Response, Defensive Driving, First Aid (P3K), Basic Fire Fighting, and Training of Trainer (TOT) will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience supervising and managing a team of 5ā10 HSSE Supervisors or equivalent personnel.
- Experience working on EPC projects valued at USD 20 million to USD 50 million or above will be a strong advantage.
- Experienced in organizing and facilitating Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Hazard Identification (HAZID), Job Risk Assessment (JRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and other risk assessment methodologies.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a multicultural working environment.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation of the Project Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Management System in compliance with Indonesian regulations, international standards, client requirements, and company policies.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and technical guidance to HSSE Supervisors and site HSE personnel to ensure consistent implementation of project safety objectives.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve project HSSE plans, procedures, risk management programs, emergency response plans, and safety campaigns.
- Ensure effective implementation of HIRA, HAZID, JRA, JSA, Permit to Work (PTW), SIMOPS management, and other critical risk control processes throughout all project phases.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project HSSE requirements, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, management safety walks, audits, behavioral observations, and safety performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, dangerous occurrences, and near misses, ensuring thorough Root Cause Analysis and effective corrective actions.
- Review construction methodologies, lifting plans, work procedures, and engineering documentation to ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills, crisis management activities, and emergency response readiness.
- Prepare and present periodic HSSE reports, performance indicators, lessons learned, and recommendations to project management and client representatives.
- Promote a proactive Zero Harm culture through leadership engagement, employee involvement, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective safety communication.

- Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of EPC construction safety management. Expertise in HIRA, HAZID, JRA, JSA, PTW, SIMOPS, and risk management methodologies. Competent in incident investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive action management. Experienced in contractor HSE management, regulatory compliance, and HSE auditing. Capable of developing HSE plans, procedures, risk registers, emergency response plans, and project safety documentation. Strong analytical, reporting, data interpretation, and performance monitoring skills.
