Kualifikasi:

Indonesian nationality/citizenship.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Public Health (K3), or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HSSE.
Certifications (Mandatory): AK3 Umum (or equivalent), Train the Trainer (TOT) Certification, including Assessor from BNSP, Proven training in Incident Investigation and Risk Assessment.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HSSE Training Coordinator to join our team at Site - Papua. This role is critical in ensuring our workforce remains competent, compliant, and safe in a dynamic project environment.
As the HSSE Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of safety training programs. Your mission is to ensure that all employees, subcontractors, and visitors are fully aligned with project HSSE requirements, legal regulations, and company standards.
Key duties include: Planning, coordinating, and implementing HSSE training modules. Monitoring training effectiveness and personnel competency. Ensuring full compliance with applicable safety laws and internal standards.

Excellent communication and instructional abilities.
Deep understanding of Indonesian safety regulations and international HSSE best practices.
