Kualifikasi:

Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years work experience in the HSE field.
Has K3, POP (Main Operational Supervisor) certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Carry out safety inspections and observations.
Carrying out unit commissioning.
Conduct induction of new employees, guests, vendors, and projects.
Conducting communication and work coordination with supervisors in the field.
Reporting program implementation to superiors and coordinating work with colleagues.
Implement other programs as needed and instructed by superiors.
Documenting the implementation of activities.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to conduct observations, inspections, incident investigations, and compile Job Safety Analysis (JSA) systematically.
Have good communication and public speaking skills to convey safety information effectively.
Mastering Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
