Kualifikasi:
  • Tertiary Graduate with relevant qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical or Process Engineering, Nursing, or related discipline.
  • A background or experience in the processing or chemical industry is preferred.
  • Occupational Health Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience or Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Manager or Superintendent in an international company or having worked overseas with a high standard for operational safety performance.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • To provide Health, Safety, and Environment information, advice and system implementation assistance to achieve a safe, healthy and incident-free work environment.
  • To maintain a relationship and be on distribution lists with relevant government bodies;
  • Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and assistance to Site Management staff to expand and improve Merdeka Health, Safety, and Environment management systems and programs.
  • Monitor and regularly review the performance and end-user usage of OHS and Environment databases and programs.
  • Coordinate and be involved in internal and external OHS and Environmental Audits. And to develop and review relevant auditing elements as part of internal OHS & Environmental Audits.
  • Ensure the compliance of Health and Safety Management issues are being managed so as to provide assurance to meet our obligations to our people, business, legal, statutory, community, and shareholders.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Expert in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Expert in EHS Management Systems.
  • Good knowledge in Incident investigation procedure.
  • Good knowledge in safety management in manufacturing industry.
  • Chemical hazards and safety.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English.
