Kualifikasi:

Male.
Minimum Education D3 Nursing, D3 Public Health, or D3 Midwifery, Preferred if graduates have an interest in Occupational Health.
Mandatory Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) – Mandatory, Field/Industrial Paramedic Training.
Minimum Experience 1–2 years of experience as a paramedic/field medical personnel, especially in the forestry, agribusiness, mining, or other remote project industries.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Basic Medical Services: Provide first aid for workers who experience work accidents, injuries, animal bites, and minor health problems; Conduct initial observations for infectious diseases, skin diseases, ARI, or wound infections.
Medical Evacuation & Referral Coordination: Prepare and implement medical evacuation procedures from the location to the referral health facility; Coordinate with the referral hospital, ambulance, and superiors in the event of a serious work accident or medical emergency.
Administration & Documentation: Record all daily medical activities in the site clinic log book; Prepare reports on the number of daily visits, types of general complaints, use of drugs and medical devices, medical incidents and follow-ups; Assist in preparing reports to the local Health Office if necessary.
Health Monitoring and Education: Conduct simple socialization and education to workers regarding Prevention of dehydration & work fatigue, Handling minor injuries and personal hygiene, Use of PPE when using pesticides, Healthy lifestyle and nutrition for field work.
Emergency Response & Simulation: Actively participate in emergency response activities Fire drill, natural disaster evacuation, handling vehicle accidents; Train field workers or coordinators for self-help first aid and emergency response communication.
Clinic and Medical Equipment Management: Maintaining the cleanliness, availability, and function of the field clinic (basecamp clinic), essential medicines, light medical equipment (tensiometer, stethoscope, first aid kit, breathing apparatus), medicines for first aid in camps, vehicles, and nurseries.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to Provide first aid & basic care at the work site.
Able to Handle common complaints: minor injuries, pesticide irritation, dehydration, wound infections, and work fatigue.
Able to Prepare and carry out medical evacuation procedures.
Able to Manage medicines, clinic logistics, and medical reporting.
