Kualifikasi:

Bachelor of Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 7 years experience in oil & gas and/or petrochemical projects.
Experience as a Process & Process Safety Engineer in Oil & Gas, upstream & downstream, or petrochemical projects.
Experienced in making process design basis, conceptual design of process, specifications, process simulations, calculations, datasheets, line sizing, equipment sizing, hydraulic analysis, flow assurance and process standard drawings.
Experienced in making process safety design basis, conceptual design of process safety. specifications, simulations, calculations, datasheets, and standard drawings.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Provide Process and Process Safety Engineering services for Oil & Gas projects.
Develop and review: PFDs, P&IDs, and process calculations, Process design and safety documentation.
Lead and participate in: HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment workshops, Identify, assess, and mitigate Major Accident Hazards (MAH) throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with: International codes and standards, Client-specific technical and safety requirements.
Support design assurance activities: Design reviews, Constructability and operability reviews.
Provide technical support during: FEED and detailed design, Commissioning and operational readiness.
Support Management of Change (MoC) for brownfield assets.
Interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams and clients.
Promote strong process safety culture within engineering teams and client organizations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong technical knowledge in process & process safety discipline.
Having the ability to use software related to process & process safety engineering such as HYSIS, PIPENET, PIPESIM, OLGA, PIPENET, FLARESIM, PHAST and other necessary software.
Ability to conduct technical analysis to determine the feasibility of proposed projects, including technical risks and opportunities.
Ability to develop the project proposals in process & process safety discipline.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling proposal documents.
Understanding of project management principles, including scope, timeline, and budget management.
