Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum S1 Education in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of process safety in the oil and gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, or mining industries.
  • Certifications related to process safety such as PSM (Process Safety Management), HAZOP Leader, or NEBOSH PSM are a plus.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Process Risk Identification and Evaluation: Conduct process hazard analysis using methods such as HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and SIL; Develop risk mitigation strategies to improve operational safety.
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) Implementation: Ensuring compliance with process safety regulations such as OSHA PSM and API RP 750;
  • Develop standard operating procedures related to process safety.
  • Incident Investigation and Analysis: Investigate incidents related to process safety and develop corrective actions; Analyze the main causes of accidents or leaks of hazardous materials to prevent recurrence.
  • Protection and Prevention System Management: Designing hazard control systems such as gas leak detection systems, fire extinguishing systems, and emergency shutdowns; Develop hazardous material handling procedures and operating condition monitoring systems.
  • Regulatory Audits and Compliance: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with process safety standards; Coordinate with external parties in safety audits and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: Provide recommendations for process design improvements to improve operational safety and efficiency; Participate in facility modification projects to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordination with Engineering and Management Teams: Working closely with production, maintenance, and HSE teams in process safety implementation; Reporting process safety findings and recommendations to management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Have knowledge of Hazop.
  • Able to evaluate Job Safety Analysis in similar jobs.
  • Have experience and knowledge in Process Safety design calculations.
  • Have technical knowledge of design and philosophy related to Process Safety.
  • Have excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as, American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Instrument Society of American (ISA), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and Other Safety Codes and Standards.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations, codes or standards related to Process Safety.
  • Have a good understanding of International/Industry codes and standards.
