Kualifikasi:
  • Maximum 53 years old.
  • Education : min S1 degree from reputable university in relevant engineering discipline.
  • Have minimal 10 years experience for senior and min 5 years for experiences in engineering design for oil and gas.
  • Have handled at least 2 (two) oil and gas production facilities.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HAZOP & HAZID implementation.
  • Responsible for planning, developing and monitoring all process safety requirements by implementing and maintaining comprehensive, robust and sustainable systems, practices and competencies to manage Process Safety for safe, efficient and reliable operation to minimize the possibility of major hazard accidents and to ensure that the necessary mitigation and emergency preparedness mechanisms are in place.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand and master the provisions contained in International Standards and Government Regulations relating to the construction of oil and gas production facilities.
  • Understand and master the design process safety engineering.
  • Understand the planning process for oil and gas production facilities starting from the design basis, detailed engineering to construction, inspection and installation followed by commissioning, certification, and routine operations.
  • Able to perform calculations and process simulations.
  • Understand and master the use of HYSYS software and other simulation software.
  • Ability to Operate Computer Programs related to PSAIMS.
  • Knowledge of Process Safety & PSAIMS.
  • Knowledge of Risk Identification, Risk Assessment Matrix and Risk Register.
  • Knowledge of PSI/ Process Safety Information.
  • Knowledge of PHA/ Process Hazard Analysis.
  • Knowledge of MAH/ Major Accident Hazard.
  • Knowledge of MIT/ Major Integrity Threats.
  • Knowledge of SECE/ Safety and Environmental Critical Element.
