Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum 8 years of Quality Management experiences support with Degree in an Engineering / Technical discipline
  • Preferably experiences in manufacturing environment and obtain Auditor certificate, Managerial experience, including managing a QA department.
  • ISO Lead Auditor 9001:2015 (or with 2008 conversion), ISO 45001 (or OHSAS 18001) Lead or Internal
  • Auditor or similar 45001 certificate, ISO 14001 Lead or Internal Auditor or similar 45001 certificate
  • Safety certification such as OSHA/Nebosh or similar, Environmental certification, Direct experience integrating quality, safety and environmental management systems
  • Extensive audit experience, International or multi-industrial experience e.g. different sectors Direct experience creating and maintaining ISO and other high level management systems business contingency qualification or direct experience BIA/BCP
  • Experience to conduct business risk assessments and mitigation plans
  • Willing to work extra hours, travel heavily across Indonesia and able to work under pressure and Able to work independently in daily quality execution

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Manage the company's Business Management Systems which includes.
  • Implementation and compliancewith : ISO 9001:2015 Quality System, ISO 45001:2018 (OHSAS) and ISO3834 & EN1090 (Welding Qualty Requirements).
  • Occupational health and safety management systems, Establish, Measure and Report the key Quality Objectives, Manage all aspects related to business process and work extensively with all the different Department.
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required, Conduct regular audits and inspections and ensure corrective actions for all identified hazards are closed out.
  • Ensure compliance to internal certification requirements, accomplished by conducting and reporting internal audits. Implement and monitor the internal quality audit plan.
  • Non-Conforming Product disposition and documentation and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality System, Manages quality-related operation and audit needs.
  • Support production establishing a technically based support to determine capability and conformance, Maintains and improves product quality by investigating customer complaints; Documentation of all corrective action analysis of at a lead one trending issued.
  • Participation in, and coordination of, HSE meetings on-workshop, provide advice and corrective action plans on Safety, Health and Environmental issueson Workshop.
  • Providing training and development in monthly basis to all designated employee related with QA matters and Manage Quality functions including Corrective Action Preventative Action Review, Material Review Board.
  • To ensure all Workshop & Office operations complies with HSE procedures, Develop, maintain and review Safety, Health and Environmental programmed to ensure compliance with legislative and industry requirements.
  • Aware of all Standard regulation to be followed and manage Safety implementation on Workshop to all personnel in its use.
  • Responsible to prepare and coordinate JSA (Job Safety Analyses) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) at Workshop and Office area.
  • Keep up to date with all changing factors within the external environment, i.e. new legislation, technologieson Workshop Project.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Proficient communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
  • A detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill, Previous exposure to heavy industry, QC exposure (weld inspections/fabrication)
