Kualifikasi:

Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Lead/Manager or equivalent in offshore oil & gas industry on Corporate Level and operation.
Hazard identification (HEMP - HAZARD EFFECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS).
Risk assessment and control (RAM - RISK ASSESSMENT MATRIX and RCA - ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS).
LOPA, SIL and compliance to Company's Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality Management Systems.
Office location at South Jakarta & Offshore location at north of the coast of Madura Island.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop SOPs and ensure SOPs are implemented properly.
Create a program to minimize LB3 so that it is accommodated properly.
Providing training to workers such as the use of APAR, First Aid and Emergency Response.
Audit and carry out planning, implementation and supervision of work related to K3.
Ensure safety signs at work locations are installed properly.
Create an idea related to the K3 program and ensure the program runs in accordance with regulations.
Identify and map potential hazards that are likely to occur in the work environment.
Become a bridge between the government and companies.
