Min 20 years experience at least 5 years at managerial level.
Experience in offshore O&G Industry, Operation Maintenance, HSE certification either national or international standard; Quality certification, such as ISO, Auditor. English verbal and written. Please note that we are not looking for a candidate that most experience in project based.
Preferred education background in OHS, environment (if any).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
QHSE Strategy & Leadership:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QHSE Management System.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve zero-incident goals.
Ensure alignment with corporate standards and industry best practices.
Risk Management & Compliance:
Lead risk assessments (HAZOP, HAZID, JSA, Bowtie) across operations.
Ensure full compliance with national and international Oil & Gas HSE regulations.
Develop mitigation plans for high-risk operations and monitor implementation.
Incident & Emergency Management:
Lead incident investigations using recognized methodologies (ICAM, TapRoot).
Ensure timely reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
Manage emergency response drills and crisis management programs.
Audit, Inspection & Quality Management:
Plan and conduct internal/external QHSE audits, inspections, and management reviews.
Oversee certification programs (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Monitor quality performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Training & Competency Development:
Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for all levels of staff and contractors.
Ensure competency standards for high-risk activities (confined space, working at height, lifting operations, etc.).
Promote safety culture and behavioral-based safety (BBS).
Environmental Management:
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for waste, emissions, spills, and hazardous materials.
Oversee environmental monitoring and reporting.
Lead initiatives to reduce environmental footprint and support sustainability goals.
Operational Support:
Provide QHSE support during shutdowns/turnarounds, drilling campaigns, commissioning activities, marine operations.
Ensure PTW, SIMOPS, and safe systems of work are implemented effectively.

Skilled in developing SOPs, PTW procedures, and emergency response plans.

Strong competency in process safety, hazard analysis, and technical safety studies.

Strong leadership with the ability to influence and drive safety culture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to train, coach, and mentor staff and contractors.
Strategic thinking with demonstrated experience in policy development and implementation.

Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
Digital & Administrative Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, incident reporting tools, and HSE management software.
Ability to prepare dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
