Experience in offshore Oil & Gas Industry, Operation Maintenance, HSE certification either national or international standard; Quality certification, such as ISO, Auditor.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s QHSE Management System.
Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
Lead risk assessments, safety programs, and environmental management initiatives.
Oversee incident investigations and corrective action plans.
Conduct audits and ensure readiness for external inspections.
Provide leadership, training, and strategic direction to the QHSE team.
Report QHSE performance to senior management and headquarters.
