Kualifikasi:
  • Education Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, OHS Engineering, or Environmental Engineering; D3 with strong QHSE experience in telecommunications/IT ​​sector can be considered.
  • Mandatory & Preferred Certifications ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) – Internal Auditor/Mandatory; ISO 45001:2018 (OHS) – Auditor/Practitioner; ISO 14001:2015 (Environment).
  • Additional preferred certifications: General OHS Expert – Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia; ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management); Project-based Safety Awareness (Fiber Optic, Data Center, Tower Construction).
  • Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QHSE Officer or Supervisor.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 in all TMT project processes; SOP for technical work quality inspection (FO splicing, tower erection, network cable); Service quality audit and non-conformity follow-up (NCR).
  • Develop & implement technical K3 SOP: FO cable installation, height work (WAH), electricity, confined space; PTW (Permit to Work) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) systems; Emergency response simulations in data centers, NOCs, studios, and network project sites.
  • Monitor electronic waste (e-waste), used cables, BTS batteries; Temperature & humidity of server rooms, noise in towers or studios; Compliance with project UKL-UPL and SOP for technical waste disposal.
  • Conduct internal QHSE audits, periodic inspections in the field & office facilities and evaluation of vendors, subcontractors, and technical partners.
  • Prepare monthly QHSE reports and CAPA Plans to management.
  • Conducting project induction training & briefing for technicians and subcontractors; Certification of working at height, first aid, fire safety; ISO & SOP education for operational team, client service, and IT support.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to compile and implement K3L SOP for network installation, tower maintenance, and server room; Quality Manual, Audit Checklist, CAPA Plan quality documents; Internal HSSE training & inspection programs; Data & infrastructure security audits (if related to ISO 27001).
  • Understand the organizational structure of technical projects & technology supply chains.
  • Able to work across teams: technical, client service, project management.
  • Strong in reporting, two-way communication, and field problem-solving.
