Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in Safety, Health and Environment.
  • Experience in Heat Treatment Production (oil & gas, smelter, etc.) it a must.
  • Experience with mega project EPC.
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health and Environment or related field (preferred).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's safety, health and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Managing and monitoring safety and environmental performance.
  • Conducting safety audits and investigations.
  • Providing safety and environmental training to employees and contractors.
  • Leading incident investigations and developing corrective actions.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
