Kualifikasi:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, K3, Engineering, or related fields.
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer on construction projects.
- Must hold AK3U & Scaffolding Supervisor K3 Certificates from KEMENAKER.
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible as a Safety Officer representative in the business unit.
- Responsible for the safety and health of all workers within the Company.
- Ensure that all Workers work in accordance with standard procedures, so that the safety and health of Workers can be guaranteed.
- Assess hazardous/unsafe situations, and develop measures to ensure the safety & health of Workers while working within the Company.
- Prevent violations related to occupational safety & health within the Company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in teams and individually.
- Proficient in using/Operating Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership skills and good analytical abilities.
- Understand K3, environment & quality management system.
- Able to apply OSH, environmental & quality management systems.
- Able to detect and control risks in the work area.
