Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments to develop controls and mitigation strategies.
Ensure that HSE policies and procedures are implemented and followed by all employees.
Provide training and awareness programs for employees on health, safety, and environmental issues.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Basic English.
Strong understanding of: Occupational Health & Safety regulations, EPC project safety standards and practices, Client and international HSE requirements.
Ability to: Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRARC), Prepare and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Permit to Work (PTW) , Perform safety inspections and audits on EPC sites.
