Kualifikasi:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or other technical/science-based fields.
- Experience Minimum 2–3 years as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas (onshore/offshore), energy infrastructure, or high-risk industrial projects.
- Certifications Mandatory: • AK3 Umum (Indonesia National Certificate). • HSE Officer/General Safety Certificate. • Working at Height. • Basic Firefighting.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Field Safety Monitoring: Supervise and enforce daily compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
- Permit System Oversight: Coordinate with operations and supervisors to validate safe work permits.
- Incident Management: Lead investigation of workplace incidents, near-misses, and develop follow-up measures.
- Training & Induction: Conduct HSE induction for new workers, contractors, and visitors.
- Emergency Preparedness: Assist in emergency drills and readiness assessments (fire, gas leak, evacuation).
- HSE Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (inspection logs, compliance stats, observations).
- Client & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure company and client-specific HSE requirements are implemented and followed.
- Safety Campaigns: Organize and participate in HSE promotional activities: safety day, awareness week, poster campaigns.
- PPE & Equipment Monitoring: Ensure all field personnel wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordination with HR & Ops: Provide HSE feedback on worker performance and discipline as part of the broader workforce deployment process.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) based on ISO 45001. Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, JSA, HIRADC, and toolbox talks. Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) systems, confined space entry, hot work, and working at heights. Ability to lead incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions. Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and safety observations (behavior-based safety). Maintain and ensure HSE documentation (reports, logs, plans, training records).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership in multicultural field environments. Proactive problem-solving and hazard recognition skills. Calm and assertive under pressure, especially during emergency response. Training delivery skills for HSE inductions and refreshers. Team collaboration across disciplines (rigging, mechanical, electrical, operations).
