Experience Mining Sector / Heavy Equipment/Construction.
Willing to be placed in Site Sulawesi.
Certification:
General AK3 Certificate from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (mandatory).
POP/POU (First/Main Operational Supervisor) from ESDM.
ISO Certification: ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (Internal Auditor preferred).
Minerba SMKP Certification (preferred).
TOT (Training of Trainer) for internal training.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY & HEALTH (K3):
Ensure the implementation of occupational safety standards throughout the mining area.
Lead field inspections, safety patrols, and HSE audits.
Analyze and follow up on work incidents (investigation & RCA).
Prepare safety programs: safety campaigns, rewards & consequences, etc.
ENVIRONMENT:
Supervise waste management, mine water, emissions, and environmental monitoring.
Ensure all activities are in accordance with AMDAL and RKL-RPL documents.
Accompany environmental audits from KLHK, PROPER, or third parties.
Encourage green mining and conservation programs.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
Prepare competency-based HSE training needs.
Organize and evaluate the effectiveness of routine training (safety induction, refresh training, simulation).
Manage training log & matrix system.
Build relationships with LSP, LPK, and external training institutions.
AUDIT, COMPLIANCE & REPORT:
Prepare site for SMKP Minerba audit, ISO, and company internal audit.
Compile and archive periodic reports: IKPLH, work accidents, inspections, and training.
Establish active communication with Mining Inspectors, DLH, and related authorities.

Technical Competencies:
Implementation of Risk Assessment, HIRARC, and Permit to Work (PTW) system.
Preparation and revision of safety and environmental SOPs.
Mastery of national K3LH regulations: Law No. 1/1970, Law No. 4/2009, PP 50/2012, SMKP Minerba.
Management of waste management, B3 waste, AMDAL, reclamation & revegetation.
Competency-based training system (CBT) and management of training matrix.
Use of EHS or QHSE software (Intelex, Enablon, etc.).
Managerial Competencies:
Leadership & Coaching for HSE teams and contractors.
Data-based Problem Solving & Decision Making.
Effective communication, including presentations to management, auditors, and government.
Crisis Management: emergency response & business continuity planning.
