Kualifikasi:

Minimum Education: Associate's (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field Required.
Certification: AK3U certificate from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
Preferred Certifications: AGT, CSE, TKBT/TKPK, SUPV Scaffolding.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Safety Officer.
We're Hiring for OKI Phase 2 Commissioning.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor the company’s HSE Management System to ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements.
Conduct daily site inspections, safety patrols, and toolbox meetings to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Assist in developing and implementing risk assessments (HIRADC) and safe work procedures for all operations.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers.
Participate in incident and accident investigations, determine root causes, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Skills: Capable of conducting Risk Assessments, Safety Audits, and Incident Investigations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety reporting documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
