Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience as (preferably having experience in Fabrication or Power Plant construction project).
Domicile of BATAM's Region is preferred.
Willing to work on Local Hire system without rooster / rotation schedule.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Making K3 work programs and planning their implementation.
Ensure the running of the SMK3 program and make documentation.
Create HSE reports and analyze work accident statistics.
Reviewing risk assessment, HIRAC, SOP/SWP and JSA.
Promoting HSE and safety communication (safety meetings, HSE signs) to employees.
Conduct inspections on work equipment, labor, workforce health and the work environment.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Advanced level in Ms. Office, WinPCS and other computer programs.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Shall possess Basic Safety Training and First Aid Training.
Able to do work accident prevention and investigate the cause.
Understanding and practicing Law no. 1 of 1970 and related regulations on OSH.
Able to carry out HSE inspections and carry out HSE inspection programs, and report HSE inspections.
