Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, HSE Officer, or Safety Site Officer in Hydropower, Dam, Heavy Civil Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Mining, or Oil & Gas projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower. Additional certifications such as First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, Rigging, Confined Space, or Internal Auditor ISO 45001 will be considered an advantage.
- Experienced in conducting site inspections, safety patrols, HSE audits, safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and monitoring high-risk construction activities.
- Physically fit, willing to work in remote project locations, and able to work under a roster system if required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in compliance with Indonesian regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections, safety patrols, and HSE audits to ensure safe working conditions throughout construction activities.
- Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend effective control measures for all high-risk work.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work procedures, PPE requirements, safe work practices, and contractor safety standards.
- Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, HSE campaigns, and safety awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, prepare investigation reports, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, firefighting equipment, first aid facilities, evacuation procedures, and environmental protection measures.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident records, training records, and monthly HSE performance reports.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, and clients to continuously improve HSE performance and achieve the project's Zero Accident objective.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001:2018, construction safety requirements, and environmental compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, emergency response, and contractor safety management.
- Able to prepare HSE reports, inspection records, incident investigations, corrective action reports, and safety performance statistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
