Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE coordination or safety supervision within hydropower, power plant, heavy construction, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower. Additional certifications such as ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, First Aid, Basic Fire Fighting, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, Confined Space, Lifting Supervisor, or Incident Investigation will be an advantage.
- Experienced in coordinating safety inspections, safety patrols, compliance monitoring, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation.
- Willing to work on a roster basis and be assigned to the Hydropower Plant Project in Mahakam Ulu, East Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the implementation of HSE programs across all project activities in accordance with Indonesian regulations, project specifications, and international safety standards.
- Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, SMK3, ISO 45001 requirements, and client safety procedures.
- Lead daily safety coordination meetings, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site safety campaigns.
- Coordinate safety inspections, audits, workplace monitoring, and follow-up corrective actions.
- Review HIRADC, JSA, Method Statements, and Permit to Work documentation before high-risk activities commence.
- Supervise contractor compliance with HSE requirements and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
- Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reports, statistics, and management presentations.
- Support emergency preparedness programs, evacuation drills, and coordination with emergency response teams.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement throughout all phases of the Hydropower Plant construction project.
