Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, EPC, Power Plant, Energy, or other high-risk projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
- Willing to be assigned to Gresik, East Java.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems in accordance with Indonesian regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, company policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, workplace audits, hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA), and compliance monitoring across project activities.
- Organize and deliver safety inductions, toolbox meetings, HSE awareness programs, and emergency response drills for employees and contractors.
- Prepare, review, and maintain HSE procedures, work instructions, risk registers, inspection records, incident reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Support internal audits, external audits, client inspections, and government regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare periodic HSE reports, analyze safety performance indicators, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through effective communication, coaching, and employee engagement programs.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Strong understanding of SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Indonesian HSE regulations. Competent in hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management. Experienced in developing HSE procedures, emergency response plans, safe work methods, and project safety documentation. Capable of conducting HSE audits, inspections, compliance monitoring, and safety performance evaluations. Proficient in HSE reporting, statistical analysis, KPI monitoring, and documentation management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Leadership mindset with the ability to influence a positive safety culture. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
