🚨 WE ARE HIRING | Safety Supervisor🚨. 📍 Location: Jakarta, Indonesia. 🏢 Industry: Transportation Infrastructure (Railways Strategic Business Group).
We are looking for an experienced Safety Supervisor to join our team and support the safe execution of railway infrastructure projects. If you are passionate about workplace safety and have strong experience in electrical safety management, we would love to hear from you.
Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety Management or related field.
General Occupational Health & Safety Certification (AK3 Umum).
Confined Space Certification.
Minimum 8 years of total work experience.
Minimum 6 years of HSE experience in railway, LRT/MRT, tunnel construction, road construction, power transmission, or similar high-risk industries.
Mandatory Certifications: AK3 Umum Certification (Ministry of Manpower / Kemnaker RI). Electrical Safety Certification.
Proven experience in construction industry projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations and project safety standards.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Develop and implement emergency response plans for electrical hazards.
Promote safe work practices and PPE compliance.
Monitor electrical safety activities, including LOTO implementation.
Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong communication skills in English.
Team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong understanding of electrical safety systems and regulations.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-driven mindset.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
