Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably with a Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safetyman, Safety Officer, or HSE personnel in EPC, EPCM, construction, fabrication, mining, power plant, or heavy industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum), Occupational Safety Officer, or other relevant HSE certification issued by an authorized institution.
- Experience in monitoring high-risk activities, including hot work, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, confined space entry, electrical work, and working at height.
- Willing to work on a roster system and be assigned to the Project Site in Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily construction and fabrication activities to ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) procedures for high-risk activities.
- Verify the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with company safety requirements.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and safety awareness campaigns for employees and contractors.
- Monitor lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, scaffolding activities, excavation work, and working at height.
- Report safety observations, near misses, incidents, and accidents, and participate in incident investigations.
- Assist in implementing emergency response procedures, fire prevention programs, and evacuation drills.
- Prepare daily HSE reports, inspection checklists, and safety documentation.
- Support the HSE team in maintaining a safe working environment and continuously improving site safety performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and safe work procedures.
- Able to conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, safety patrols, and workplace inspections.
- Good communication skills, discipline, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
