Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent. Engineering or vocational graduates preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a scaffolder in oil and gas/energy/heavy construction projects.
  • Possess a Level 1/2 Scaffolding Certificate (Ministry of Manpower).
  • Physical Condition: Physically fit, not afraid of heights, able to lift heavy loads, and not color blind.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Erect scaffolding for technician/maintenance/assembly work access.
  • Dismantle scaffolding without damaging surrounding structures or endangering personnel.
  • Routinely inspect scaffolding for structural integrity with the Safety team.
  • Ensure the use of harnesses, lifelines, helmets, safety shoes, and other work-at-height equipment.
  • Communicate with the foreman, HSE officer, and technical supervisor regarding access and work restrictions.
  • Implement work procedures in accordance with OHS standards and project regulations.
  • Report scaffolding material usage and damaged material conditions to the foreman.
  • Understand evacuation routes, alarm systems, and emergency response procedures when working on oil and gas sites.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical (Hard Skills): Erecting and dismantling scaffolding according to technical design and project requirements. Following scaffolding blueprints (layout, elevation). Ensuring all connections, clamps, and platforms are installed according to safety standards. Identifying scaffolding types: tubular, modular (cuplock), mobile tower, suspended scaffold. Using scaffolding equipment: level gauge, spanner, harness, lifeline. Routine scaffolding inspections: checking structural strength, straightness, and safety. Knowledge of load ratings and safe working loads (SWL) on structures.
  • Non-Technical (Soft Skills): High discipline and safety awareness. Working collaboratively in multi-national and multi-cultural teams. Basic field communication (especially with HSE and riggers). Ability to communicate unsafe conditions (stop work authority). Focus on detail and work accuracy.
