Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in scaffolding operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory position within Oil & Gas, Offshore, Shipyard, EPC, Fabrication Yard, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial projects.
- Certifications and Training: Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certification is mandatory. Scaffolding Inspector Certification is highly preferred. Working at Height Certification is mandatory. Additional certifications in Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Incident Investigation, Rigging & Lifting, Confined Space Entry, Emergency Response, and Internal ISO 45001 Auditor will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising scaffold erection, modification, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling activities.
- Physically fit, safety-oriented, and willing to work in challenging construction and fabrication environments.
- Willing to work overtime and follow project schedules as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise all scaffolding activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution throughout project operations.
- Ensure scaffold erection, inspection, modification, maintenance, and dismantling are performed in accordance with approved procedures, engineering requirements, and international standards.
- Lead daily planning meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings for scaffolding personnel.
- Verify scaffold inspection status, tagging systems, and structural integrity before releasing scaffolds for operational use.
- Ensure full compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Working at Height procedures, company HSE policies, and applicable Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and Client representatives to support safe project execution.
- Monitor scaffold workforce productivity, equipment utilization, and material control.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, implement corrective actions, and promote proactive safety improvements.
- Investigate scaffold-related incidents, unsafe acts, near misses, and non-conformities, and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including scaffold registers, inspection reports, manpower records, material inventories, and project reports.
- Support HSE initiatives by fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with project objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Hard Skills: Strong technical knowledge of scaffold design, erection, inspection, dismantling, and structural stability requirements. Comprehensive understanding of scaffold load calculations, access systems, fall protection, and scaffold safety compliance. Experienced in supervising multiple scaffolding teams and subcontractors. Capable of conducting scaffold inspections, safety audits, toolbox meetings, and risk assessments. Able to prepare scaffold inspection reports, work permits, progress reports, and material utilization records. Good understanding of construction sequencing, fabrication processes, and project execution in high-risk industries. Knowledge of international HSE management systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, is an advantage.
