Kualifikasi:
- Project Type: EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) – Oil & Gas Industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
- Prior experience in construction safety roles (Oil & Gas experience is a plus).
- Willing to be assigned on-site and relocate for extended periods.
- Physically fit to work in field environments (e.g., climbing, walking on uneven surfaces, extreme weather).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide health & safety support to the site leadership and EPC contractor teams.
- Develop and update safety standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Review project designs and facilities for compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents (during and after regular hours).
- Promote safety education programs and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Act as a mentor for junior safety professionals.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory standards.
- Fluent in English (oral & written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
