Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or 3 years at Section Head level in SHE/HSE.
- Experience in mining or mining contractor industry is preferred.
- Mandatory to have a valid POM Certificate.
- Mandatory to have SMKP Audit Certification.
- Willing to be placed in Central Kalimantan.
- Subject: SHE Department Head - Central Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the implementation of SHE programs in accordance with mining regulations and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with SMKP, K3 Mining regulations, and internal SHE policies.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective action follow-ups.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting processes.
- Monitor SHE performance and prepare regular management reports.
- Coordinate safety campaigns, training, toolbox meetings, and emergency response activities.
- Support internal and external SHE audits and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- K3 Mining: Deep knowledge of occupational health & safety standards.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess & mitigate operational hazards.
- Incident Investigation: Lead thorough root cause analysis & reporting.
- SHE Compliance: Ensure regulatory & internal policy adherence.
