Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Safety Engineering). A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SHE/HSE roles, with at least 5 years at managerial level overseeing construction projects in chemical, petrochemical, or process industries.
Certified AK3 Umum or equivalent international safety certification (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and manage the SHE function for all construction activities within the chemical industry project.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Construction SHE Management System.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, client standards, and international SHE requirements.
Oversee risk assessments, method statements, and Permit to Work systems.
Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with project management, engineering, contractors, and clients on SHE matters.
Monitor SHE performance, KPIs, and reporting to senior management.
Ensure emergency preparedness and response plans are in place and tested.
Manage SHE training, inductions, and competency development for the construction workforce.
Promote a strong safety culture and safety leadership across all project levels.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong experience managing SHE during construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up phases.
Strong understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) concepts during construction activities.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Leadership and management of SHE teams in large-scale construction projects.
