Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Occupational Safety, or related fields.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in SHE/HSE, preferably in petrochemical or chemical industries.
Certified General K3 / SHE Manager or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience managing SHE teams and programs.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement the SHE management system in line with company and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Lead SHE risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
Investigate incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and develop the SHE team and promote a strong safety culture.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of industrial safety, process safety, and environmental regulations.
SHE management system development and implementation.
Risk assessment and hazard control.
Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Regulatory compliance and SHE reporting.
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Safety culture development.
