Kualifikasi:

Willing to be contracted 3 months for temporary replacement.
Min. Graduated from Bachelor Degree Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment or relevant.
Have minimum 1 year experience as Document Control / QC / MR and implementing ISO 9001 & 45001.
Have K3 and ISO 9001 45001 14001 training certification (will be advantage).
Willing to be placed in PTK Office in North Jakarta.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Control and maintain SHEQ documentation system (policies, manuals, procedures, permits, safety records, and certifications).
Ensure all SHEQ documents are up-to-date, properly classified, version-controlled, and easily retrievable.
Support the preparation and submission of regulatory compliance documents to government authorities and clients.
Assist in organizing internal and external audits, including providing all required documentation.
Track and update non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), incident reports, and training records.
Ensure proper filing and distribution of safety meeting minutes, toolbox talks, and inspection reports.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Fluent and expert to operate Microsoft Office (Excel).
Able to communicate in English both speaking & writing.
Good knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, offshore safety standards, and client reporting requirements.
