Kualifikasi:

Min. Graduated from Bachelor Degree Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment, Marine Engineering or ANT Merchant Marine.
Have 2 years experience as QHSE Officer on Marine & Shipping Company.
Have experience and willing to carried Inspection & Audit on board Vessel.
Have K3 and ISO 9001 45001 14001 training certification.
Have experience to create HSE Plan and CSMS requirement.
Willing to join as soon as possible.
Willing to be placed in Buma Office in North Jakarta.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assisting the Safety Management System Certification process on ships (ISM, ISPS).
Conduct internal management system audits within the organization as assigned.
Manage SHEQ training process & develop based on SK & procedures implemented.
Monitor the implementation of the use of the ship's Risk Assessment.
Investigate & propose recommendations on every major/significant near miss & HSSE card.
Conduct incident investigations based on appropriate incident levels & propose recommendations for corrective actions.
