Kualifikasi:
- Min. D3/Bachelor's degree in SHES, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Location: Balikpapan - Indonesia.
- SMK3 certification.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- SHES Implementation Coordination: Prepare and supervise the implementation of the SHES program in the geohazard monitoring work area. Ensure that all safety, environmental, and security procedures are implemented by the field team and subcontractors.
- Preparation of SOP and Risk Assessment: Develop HIRADC and SOP for observation activities, instrument installation, and geotechnical patrols. Evaluate and revise work procedures according to field and weather conditions.
- Field Inspection and SHES Audit: Conduct routine inspections at work locations (slope areas, pits, dumps, hauling roads, remote sites). Follow up on field findings, prepare corrective actions, and ensure implementation.
- Safety Training and Campaign: Prepare induction materials, safety talks, first aid training, slope evacuation, and awareness of geotechnical hazards. Involve the entire team in actual risk-based safety campaigns.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare SHES inspection reports, incident reports, and safety statistics. Provide periodic evaluations to mine management and clients regarding SHES performance.
- Security and Emergency Response Coordination: Ensure personnel and equipment security protocols in unstable areas. Involved in emergency response simulations (landslides, sensor failures, rapid evacuation).
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of national safety regulations.
- Skilled in reporting, incident investigation, and cross-team communication.
- Communicative and able to provide safety education to technical teams and vendors.
