Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Human Resource Management.
  • Certification: General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certification (Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia) – mandatory. Supporting certifications such as ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Awareness/Internal Auditor; SMKP Minerba (Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation 26/2018); Industrial Relations & Employment Dispute Resolution (PPHK) Training; B3 Waste Management and UKL-UPL Training.
  • Minimum experience of 5–8 years experience in HR & HSE Supervisor/Superintendent position in the mining industry.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Mining HSE Management: Develop and implement an OHS management system based on the Minerba SMKP. Conduct routine inspections of work units: drilling, blasting, hauling, crushing, and loading. Lead investigations of work incidents or OHS violations and develop corrective actions (RCA).
  • Site Human Resources & HR Management: Develop and implement workforce requirements plans, recruitment, and placement processes. Manage OHS training activities and technical competency development (Operators, Mechanics, Foremen). Enforce discipline and resolve labor disputes.
  • Regulatory Compliance and External Relations: Compile and report data to government agencies (ESDM, Disnaker, DLH). Coordinate with village officials, community leaders, and local officials regarding labor and socio-environmental impacts.
  • Planning & Evaluation: Prepare monthly HR and HSE reports to central management. Develop an annual work plan (RKAP) for the HR & HSE function in the mining area. Control the costs of HSE training, licensing, and operational activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • HSE Technical Competencies: Preparing and supervising the implementation of HIRADC, JSA, occupational safety SOPs, heavy equipment inspections, and hauling road supervision. Managing environmental documents (UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL reports), and reporting hazardous waste to the Environmental Agency (DLH). Able to organize emergency response simulations such as work accidents, landslides, or machine fires
  • HR Technical Competencies: Designing and managing site organizational structures, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Managing employee attendance, payroll, work permits, and discipline systems. Handling conflicts and industrial relations, as well as communicating with the local community.
  • Leadership Competencies: Firm and fair in making decisions regarding labor and safety. Communicative in fostering relationships with external parties: the Manpower Office, Environmental Agency, Police, and communities surrounding the mine. Oriented toward legal compliance, work productivity, and occupational risk management.
