Kualifikasi:

Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
Must hold POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification
AK3 Umum certified.
SMKP Implementation certification.
Must hold a registered Auditor SMKP (KaIT) certificate.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise and ensure effective implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) across mining, construction, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMKP Minerba, and SMK3 standards.
Conduct regular QHSE inspections and internal audits across sites and projects.
Monitor compliance with government regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
Lead or support incident investigations and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare periodic QHSE reports for management and corporate reporting needs of a public company.
Coordinate QHSE training, inductions, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Act as a liaison between head office and site operations on QHSE matters.
Support external audits, client inspections, and regulatory reviews.
Promote a strong QHSE culture, safety leadership, and continuous improvement mindset.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SMKP Minerba, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
