Kualifikasi:
  • D3 S1 Environmental / Mining / K3.
  • Minimum 5 years in HSE field.
  • General K3 Certificate.
  • Certificate of POP, LCA, PROPER.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSE Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all company activities are in accordance with national K3LH regulations and internal company standards. Conduct compliance checks on mining operations, facilities, and HSE documentation.
  • SMKP Minerba Documentation and Audit: Manage documents and evidence for each SMKP Minerba element. Ensure all evidence of K3LH document fulfillment is ready for internal and external audits.
  • Licensing and Legality Management: Accompany and supervise the licensing process related to the environment and work safety (UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, IPPKH, B3 Waste TPS permit). Coordinate with the legal and permitting team to validate all HSE permits.
  • Regulator and Internal Reporting: Prepare periodic HSE reports to ESDM, DLH, Disnaker, as well as internal company reports (monthly, semester, annually). Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Compliance Audit and Evaluation: Prepare and assist the audit process from regulators and clients (SMKP, PROPER, ISO, etc.). Follow up on audit results and prepare corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
  • Regulation and System Socialization: Socialize new regulations or changes to regulations to all related departments. Prepare an internal control system to maintain compliance consistency.

  • Have knowledge of SMKP Minerba.
  • Have knowledge of Development system.
  • Have knowledge of Training Development.
  • Have a good leadership skill.
  • Have Proper document preparation skills.
