Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Forestry, or other relevant fields.
  • Have Certifications: ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor; B3 Waste Management Training (KLHK). Added value: AMDAL/UKL-UPL, PROPER, ISPO, FSC/PEFC Certification; Environmental Information System Training (SIMPEL, SIRAJA).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the industrial environment, with min. 5 years of experience managing mining or plantation sites.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Environmental Management System Development: Create, revise, and align environmental SOPs for all business units. Develop short-term and long-term environmental management strategies.
  • Legal Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with PP No. 22 of 2021, PermenLHK, Permen ESDM, and forestry/port regulations. Prepare and assist environmental audits from the government (PROPER, ISPO, FSC, etc.).
  • Site Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop and supervise the implementation of environmental quality monitoring programs (wastewater, emissions, red mud, leachate, etc.). Prepare consolidated reports and evaluate site performance periodically.
  • Team Coordination & Coaching: Provide technical direction to Environmental Supervisors/Officers across sites. Organize internal training and strengthen environmental-based work culture.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Ensure that UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, and SIMPEL/SIRAJA reporting is done on time and according to standards. Build a comprehensive licensing documentation and control system.
  • Stakeholder & Corporate ESG Support: Coordinate with ESG, CSR, and external relations teams regarding sustainability communication. Provide input for the company's sustainability report (sustainability report, ESG KPI).
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to design and manage Environmental Management System (ISO 14001, PROPER, ISPO); Site environmental organizational structure and KPI; Periodic reporting to DLH/KLHK/SKK Migas/Forestry Service; Monitoring the quality of water, air, soil, emissions, and B3/Non-B3 waste.
  • Cross-departmental leadership and communication with authorities.
  • Focused on system improvement and reporting efficiency.
  • Able to conduct cross-cultural coaching at different sites.
