Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Forestry, or other relevant fields.
Have ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification, B3 & Non-B3 Waste Management (KLHK).
Experience Min. 8-10 years of experience in the environmental field, with 5 years at the supervisory or managerial level.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Environmental Management System Development:
Design and integrate ISO 14001 or equivalent systems into all business units.
Prepare appropriate SOPs, emergency procedures, and environmental work instructions for each sector.
Regulatory Compliance and Licensing:
Oversee all active environmental permits: liquid waste disposal permit, B3 TPS, UKL-UPL/AMDAL, and ISPO & environmentally friendly shipping permits.
Ensure SIMPEL, SIRAJA, PROPER, ISPO, and FSC reporting is done on time and according to the contents of the document.
Audit and Monitoring:
Conduct internal audits of environmental systems.
Accompany external audits from: DLH, KLHK, ISPO Auditor, Forestry Service, ESDM Service, BNSP.
Prepare CAPA and system evaluation reports.
Environmental Reporting:
Prepare and consolidate periodic reports (monthly, semi-annually, annually) for each business unit.
Analyze data on water quality, emissions, B3 management, and GHG aspects.
Education & Coaching:
Develop internal training: environment, waste, internal audit, emergency spill response.
Coaching site environmental team, ensuring field officer competency is up to standard.
Cross-Division & Management Coordination:
Become a focal point for environmental issues to top management and regulators.
Prepare recommendations for medium and long-term environmental strategies.

Proficient in Development of integrated environmental management systems across industries; Evaluation of regulatory compliance: PP No. 22/2021, PermenLHK, Permen ESDM, ISPO, PP 27/2021 (Forestry); Preparation of AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL documents, and PROPER reporting; Audit, inspection, monitoring of emissions, wastewater, noise, and solid waste.
Able to work across locations and different operational cultures.
Assertive but collaborative when assisting in audits or handling non-conformities.
Thorough, documentary, and systematic in compiling report data and regular reporting.
