Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably within the real estate, property management, or facilities management industry.
Certified in Fire Safety (Ahli K3 Kebakaran Class A/B) or equivalent international fire safety certification (NFPA, NEBOSH Fire Safety, CFSP, etc.).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Fire Safety Management Plan across all managed properties and facilities.
Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with local and international fire safety regulations.
Supervise the installation, testing, and maintenance of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems.
Lead the development and execution of emergency response and evacuation procedures, ensuring all occupants are aware and trained.
Provide fire safety training, drills, and awareness programs for employees, tenants, and contractors.
Coordinate with facility managers, property engineers, and security teams to address potential fire hazards and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with local fire departments and regulatory authorities for inspections, certifications, and incident reporting.
Investigate and document fire incidents or false alarms, determine root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
Ensure fire safety equipment, signage, and escape routes are properly maintained and meet all regulatory standards.
Review building designs, renovation plans, and construction works to ensure fire safety compliance from the planning stage.
Prepare and submit fire safety reports, audit findings, and performance indicators to management and clients.
Promote a strong fire safety culture throughout the organization by leading awareness initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of local fire safety regulations, building codes, and international fire protection standards (NFPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure, make quick and sound decisions during emergencies, and manage diverse teams effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Fire Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
